Prepare low energy onsite wastewater system design and Technical Specifications for construction at new Tongan Parliament building on sensitive Pacific Island coastal site

This project involved the design of a low energy 10kL/day onsite wastewater treatment system for the new Tongan Parliament building, utilising a septic tank and recirculating media filter, with discharge to absorption beds at a sensitive coastal coral sand site with shallow groundwater. Detailed technical specifications were prepared for procurement and construction of this Australian and New Zealand government funded project.
