Wastewater Management Report for Residential Dwelling

Whitehead & Associates Mid-North Coast prepared a Wastewater Management Report (WMR) regarding the existing Onsite Sewage Management System (OSMS) servicing an existing dwelling at Boambee.
The assessment was undertaken with reference to Coffs Harbour City Council, Onsite Sewage Management Strategy (2015), AS/NZS 1547: Onsite Domestic Wastewater Management (Standards Australia/Standards New Zealand, 2012 and Environmental & Health Protection Guidelines: Onsite Sewage Management for Single Households (Department of Local Government, 1998).
Work included a desktop review of the Site, a Site Visit, Likely Wastewater loads estimates, Soil Analysis, Assessment of Site Capability, Water and Nutrient Balance Modelling, Outlining Improvement Works and the Provision of a written report.
